What is the FIFA Football Agent Exam?
The FIFA Football Agent Exam is a mandatory examination for anyone wishing to become a licensed football agent under the new FIFA Football Agent Regulations. The exam tests your knowledge of FIFA rules, player transfers, contracts, disputes, and regulatory frameworks.
The next exam window is scheduled for 2027. Passing this exam is essential — without an active FIFA licence, you cannot legally represent players in professional football negotiations.
How are the training sessions delivered?
All Sports BE training sessions are delivered live and online via Zoom. This ensures an interactive, real-time learning experience where you can ask questions, discuss real case studies, and engage directly with FIFA Licensed tutors.
Every live session is recorded. You will have access to over 50 hours of session recordings, which you can rewatch anytime on demand. No pre-recorded filler — every minute is designed for your success.
Do I need to be licensed to join Pathway 2?
Pathway 2 — Learn the Business — is designed for newly licensed FIFA Football Agents and existing agents looking to build or grow their agency. You do not need to be licensed for Football Agent Essentials, but Pro and Mentorship work best once you hold your licence.
Pathway 2 is selective. Before enrolment, we speak with every candidate to understand your goals and confirm the programme is the right fit for both sides. Places are limited to 20 annually.
What if I don't pass the exam?
Sports BE offers an industry-leading Pass Guarantee. If you do not pass the FIFA Football Agent Exam, or if you decide not to sit the exam , you are entitled to join the next available training group completely FREE of charge.
This guarantee applies to Group Training and One-on-One Training only. No questions asked. You continue to train until you are ready. (Fast Track Weekend students excluded).
How much does the training cost?
Pathway 1 training starts from £350 GBP (€425 / $495) for the Group Training option. Fast Track Weekend and One-on-One Training are available at different price points depending on intensity and personalisation.
Pathway 2 Business Courses range from £195 for Football Agent Essentials, £350 for Football Agent Pro, and £2,250 for the Mentorship programme. Klarna (Pay in 3) is available on most products, so you can spread the cost interest-free.
Do I need prior experience in football?
No prior experience in football or the sports industry is required to join Pathway 1. Our training is designed to take complete beginners and prepare them thoroughly for the FIFA Football Agent Exam.
That said, a genuine passion for football, strong communication skills, and a commitment to studying the FIFA regulations will serve you well. We provide everything else — the content, the tutors, the practice, and the support.

Can I join from outside the UK?
Absolutely. Sports BE students come from all over the world. All live sessions are delivered online via Zoom, making it easy to participate regardless of your location. Session times are chosen to accommodate a global audience.

How much time do I need to commit?
For Group Training, we recommend 6–8 hours per week across live sessions and self-study. Sessions are typically held in the evenings to accommodate students who work or study during the day.
Fast Track Weekends are intensive — three full days of immersive training. One-on-One Training is flexible and tailored entirely around your schedule and learning pace.
